Positive attitude goes a long way.
Some ways how you can keep your mind positive always
Start your day with positive thoughts, good pleasant music, spiritual reading and prayers. Follow all or atleast one the above and you sure will start on a positive note.
Plan your day as being the best day and you being the best version of yourself.
Keep a same routine every morning and try to follow it everyday. Any kind of profession a consistent routine helps to solve many problems
When at work be your best, always be optimistic, don’t get discouraged by anything but take everything as a feedback and something to learn from.
Listen to people before talking. Some times many problems are solved easily by listening.
Follow a routine while going to bed. Could be as simple as a night prayer, some quiet meditation or reading a book.
Follow this consistently for a few days and it should reflect in your routine.
